Eligibility for Chinese nationals

Chinese nationals are eligible as third country applicants. There is no published nationality exclusion at the as of date.

Applicants must pass due diligence, prove the required capital and source of funds, hold a qualifying property and hold health insurance.

Routes

The programme, known as the MPRP, is a single residence route based on a mix of property, a government contribution and a donation. You either rent or buy a qualifying property. You must show capital of at least 500,000 euro, of which at least 150,000 euro is in financial assets. The programme grants permanent residence without a minimum stay requirement.
