What we collect through passportsforkings.com, how we use it, and the choices and rights you have.
This privacy notice explains what information Passports for Kings collects through passportsforkings.com, how we use it and the choices you have. We are an independent informational resource on citizenship, residency and relocation by investment.
Passports for Kings publishes general information and, on request, makes confidential introductions to vetted independent advisors. We are not a government body and not an advisory firm. For privacy questions, write to privacy@passportsforkings.com.
We collect the details you choose to give us through our forms. The Get Matched form may include your name, email, nationality, programme of interest, the capital you have available and the message you write. The Passport Brief form collects your email. The contact form collects your name, email and message. We do not ask for passport numbers, financial account details or other sensitive documents through the website.
Our forms are delivered by a third party form processor, Formspree, which receives the form data in order to pass it to us. Their handling of that data is governed by their own terms and privacy notice. Our pages also load web fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts that service to fetch the fonts. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not sell your data.
We use the information you provide to reply to you, to understand what you are trying to achieve and, where you ask for it, to make a confidential introduction to vetted independent advisors. We use the email you give to The Passport Brief only to send that newsletter.
Where data protection law applies, we rely on your consent when you submit a form or subscribe, and on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running an informational resource. You can withdraw consent at any time.
We share your enquiry with an introduced advisor only when you have asked to be matched, and only to the extent needed to make that introduction. We use service providers, such as our form processor and email tools, that process data on our behalf. We may disclose information if required by law. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
We keep enquiry and subscription data only for as long as needed for the purpose it was given, or as required by law, and then delete it. You can ask us to delete your data sooner.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to ask for a copy of your data. To exercise any right, write to privacy@passportsforkings.com and we will respond within the time the law allows.
Our service providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps so the data stays protected to a similar standard.
We take reasonable measures to protect the information you give us. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive documents through the website.
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this notice as our practices or the law change. The last reviewed date below shows when it was most recently checked.
