Brazilian citizens are not excluded from the programme. As nationals of a visa exempt third country, Brazilians can generally pursue the guest investor route, subject to source of funds and security checks.

The main route is a subscription in a qualifying real estate fund whose certificates you hold for a set number of years. A share of the fund net asset value must be in Hungarian residential real estate, and the fund must appear on the official qualified list.
A second route is a not refundable donation to a public trust. Confirm both options and any change with the authority.
Applicants are given a set window to complete the investment, after which the initial residence card is issued. Confirm the current expected timeline with the official authority.
