To mark the first anniversary of the programme, the Government of Nauru introduced a limited time offer that lowers the Treasury Fund contribution by USD 25,000. With the discount the single applicant contribution is USD 90,000 for qualifying applications filed before the published deadline.
The discount applies to the contribution only. Application, due diligence, bank and passport fees are charged separately and are not reduced by the offer.
As of 2026 the programme is administered by the Nauru Program Office. Citizenship is granted through a contribution to the Nauru Treasury Fund, which supports infrastructure, economic diversification and climate resilience. Applicants apply through an approved agent and must pass due diligence.
Alongside the single applicant contribution, the published schedule sets additional amounts for dependents aged 16 and above and for siblings, plus application, due diligence, bank and passport fees. The official authority reports typical processing of three to four months. Confirm every figure with the official authority.
The limited time discount has a published end date, after which the standard contribution applies again. The programme is young, so amounts and rules can move with little notice.
Watch the Nauru Program Office for the offer deadline and any fee changes, and confirm the current figures with the official authority before acting.
