Oman residency for investors runs through the Golden Residency programme, launched in 2025. The qualifying investment sets the tier. From OMR 250,000 you can apply for a five year permit, for example by buying real estate or investing in an Omani company.
From OMR 500,000 you can apply for a ten year permit, and a ten year permit is also open to an investor who establishes a company employing at least 50 Omani nationals.
